摘要:
为了提高N苯基马来酰亚胺的产率与纯度,以顺丁烯二酸酐和苯胺为原料,酸性离子液体作催化剂及脱水剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂采用两步法制得N苯基马来酰亚胺.结果表明催化剂与原料最佳配比(物质的量的比)为0.0931,产品产率可达86.03%,纯度为97.42%.
Abstract:
To improve the yield and the purity of Nphenyl maleimide,Nphenyl maleimide was produced by the way of twostep method. In this experiment,we used the maleic anhydride and aniline as raw materials,the acidic ionic liquid as catalyst and dehydrating agent,the hydroquinone as inhibitor.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of catalyst and raw materials is 0.0931,the yield of Nphenyl maleimide reaches 86.03% and the purity is 97.42%.
