摘要:
以硫酸亚铁为原料,采取氧化合成反应、离心分离、结晶、过滤、干燥等工艺制备出质量分数98%以上高铁酸钾晶体,研究了反应时间、铁盐与NaOH质量比、干燥时间对高铁酸钾的产率和纯度的影响.结果表明合成工艺的最优条件是:反应时间1.5 h,铁盐质量NaOH质量=0.8,在低温下干燥时间6 h.
Abstract:
With ferrous sulfate as raw material made potassium ferrate with purity over 98% by oxidation reaction, centrifugal separation , purifying, filtration and drying,the effects of the dose, the reaction time, the Iron weight and drying time on production rate and purity of potassium ferrate were studied. The results showed that the best reaction conditions are as follows :the reaction time is 1.5 h, the weight of Iron/the weight of NaOH equals 0.8 g; the drying time is 6 h in low temperature.
