摘要:
叶忠海是著名的人才学家、成人教育学家、社区教育学家。近期出版的7卷本《叶忠海人才文选》，汇集了他30年来绝大部分人才学论著。《文选》全面再现了他的学术轨迹，充分展示了他的学术成就、学术个性、学术思想和治学风格。文章在对《文选》论著简要述评的基础之上，就叶先生的研究方法、治学特点进行了初步探讨。
Abstract:
Ye Zhonghai is a wellknown specialist in the field of Talent Study, adult education and community education. Selected Works on Talent of Ye Zhonghai, the recently published book in seven volumes, collects his most works on Talent Study during the past thirty years. This book is an embodiment of Mr. Ye’s academic course as well as his academic achievement, personality, ideas and scholarly style. This paper gives a brief comment on the book and a tentative exploration about Mr. Ye’s research methods and academic features.
