摘要:
采用文献研究法和逻辑分析法，旨在通过阐述终身体育的概念、高校体育文化及高校体育的价值，明确培养大学生终身体育意识的意义，指出高校体育要从多方面激发和培养学生对体育锻炼的兴趣和习惯，使学生通过在校期间的体育锻炼，形成终身体育锻炼的意识和习惯。
Abstract:
By literature research and logical analysis，aiming at the adoption of the concept of lifelong sports，college sports culture and the value of college sports，cultivating clear awareness of the significance of sport for college students，this paper focuses on inspiring the interest and habits from university sports and physical education so that students may form a sense of lifelong physical activity and habits.
