摘要:
随着现代军事的不断发展，部队军事实践的广度与深度大为增强。着眼提高新世纪新阶段部队履行历史使命的能力，我军要重视和加强非战争军事行动人才、“三战”人才和军事信息化人才等三类新型军事人才的培养。
Abstract:
Along with the continuous development of modern military，the army military practices breadth and the depth enhance greatly.Focusing on improving the ability of fulfilling the historical mission of the new century and new period，the army must pay more attention to strengthen the training of the new type of military talents including the talents of nowar military operations，the talents of the “three war” and the talents of military informationization and so on.
