摘要:
网络在给以青年学生为主体的网民带来便利的同时，也出现了很多不文明的因素、不和谐的音符。如信息泛滥、自我迷失、道德失范、技术崇拜，等等。网络文明建设是全社会的任务。坚持规范治网、技术立网、文明办网、健康上网、积极督网相结合，建立起网络文明建设的长效机制，是构建网络文明的一个理智而必然的现实选择。
Abstract:
Internet has brought convenience for college student，the main force of internet people，meanwhile it also has brought some impolite and inharmonious effect to them，such as overflow of information，selflost，moral transgression，and worship of technology etc. The construction of internet culture is the responsibility of the society. It is rational to maintain the network by laws and technology. It is a realistic choice to construct lasting mechanism for network by operating the internet more civilized and healthy.
