摘要:
通过对现有工业上乙二醛法合成咪唑的方法改进,选择价廉易得的碳酸氢铵作为环合剂,改变温度、反应时间、原料配比,并结合单因素实验和正交实验法对实验数据进行统计与分析,得到碳酸氢铵合成咪唑的最佳工艺条件.
Abstract:
 The existing industrial synthesis method of imidazole was improved,whose main material was glyoxal.The cheap ammonium bicarbonate was selected as a ring mixture.Through changing temperature,reaction time and the ratio of raw materials,and combined with the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment method of the experimental data statistics and analysis,the optimum technological conditions for ammonium bicarbonate of imidazole synthesis were obtained.
