摘要:
以乙酸酐和甲基丙烯酸为原料,反应过程中采用减压精馏除去副产物的方法合成了2甲基丙烯酸酐;并考察了各因素对反应收率的影响,确定了最适反应条件:反应温度为100 ℃,反应时间为10 h,精馏回流比为8,在减压精馏过程中的压力为4 kPa.最终产品收率可达87.5%,纯度98.00%以上,并用核磁(1H NMR,13C NMR)对产品的结构进行了表征.
Abstract:
2Methacrylic anhydride was synthesized from acetic anhydride and methacrylic acid under vacuum distillation. The product was obtained in a yield of ca 87.5% with a purity over 98% under best reaction condition, which was 100 ℃ with reflux ratio of 8, and pressure of 4 kPa during rectification under reduced pressure for 10 h. Chemical structure of product was characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
