摘要:
基于对大学专业英语教学重要地位的充分认识，以武汉某重点综合类高校为调查对象，针对专业英语教学师资信息进行了收集调查并比较其他同类高等学校的专业英语师资信息。从专业英语教师队伍的人员结构、培养制度、角色认识等方面的信息进行综合分析并提出一些关于专业英语教师队伍建设的建议。
Abstract:
For fully understand the importance of ESP(English for specific purpose)teaching in the university,the author collected the information of ESP teachers in a famous comprehensive university as much as she can, compared with other similar university as well. The author analyzed the collecting dates on the following aspects: the teaching staff structure,the training system,the awareness of teacher’s role etc,Then the author put forward some suggestions on how to set up a group of qualified ESP teachers.
