摘要:
研究独立学院班主任工作考核对于探索高校班主任队伍管理新模式，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育方法具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。文章针对目前独立学院班主任工作考核现状存在的问题及分析，确定了班主任工作考核原则，提出了构建班主任工作考核体系的内容和方法。
Abstract:
The indepth study of work assessment of class adviser in the independent colleges has important theoretical and practical significance in exploring new management mode of class advisor’s team as well as in enhancing and improving the ideological and political education methods. Analyzing the present problems of work assessment of the class advisor, the paper determines the class adviser assessment principles and puts forward the measures and methods on constructing assessment system of class adviser in the independent colleges.
