摘要:
受传统教育模式和陈旧观念的影响，新生入学教育缺乏连续性、层次性、互动性、多样性、系统性，效果不尽如人意。新生入学教育改革势在必行，高校应进一步提高对入学教育的重视，建设一支高素质的入学教育干部队伍，完善入学教育评价机制，使入学教育系统化。
Abstract:
By the influence of traditional education model and obsolete concepts，freshmen entrance education lacks of continuity，hierarchy，interaction，diversity，systematicity，and the effect is not satisfactory.Freshmen entrance education reform is imperative.Schools should further enhance the emphasis on freshmen entrance education,building a highquality cadre of freshmen entrance education，perfecting the evaluation mechanism about freshmen entrance education and making freshmen entrance education systematic.
