摘要:
辅导员是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生工作的主力军。辅导员自身的政治理论水平及对本职工作的热爱、投入、奉献，辅导员工作的方法方式等是辅导员能否做好学生思想政治教育工作的关键。文章就辅导员做好学生工作的途径进行分析，并提出了一些方法。
Abstract:
College students instructor s are the backbone of the ideological education and the main force of the student work.The ways and means of their working,their own levels of political theory and the passion,involvement,dedication of their jobs and so on,are the key factors of doing a good job in the ideological education.This paper mainly makes some analysis of the methods of student work and proposes a number of new ways.
