摘要:
高校学生普遍存在走向社会后不能很快胜任工作的现象，值得从事高校教育工作的老师和管理者反思。环境艺术设计专业是目前社会人才需求量比较大的专业之一，笔者分析了该专业的发展现状和人才培养模式以及国内名校环境艺术设计专业人才培养课程结构，阐述了将环境艺术设计专业细分为室内设计、景观设计两个专业方向的必要性和重要性，并针对工程背景下的环境艺术设计专业人才培养，提出了应注重加强行业专门人才所需要的技术性课程设置、职业教育方面的课程设置、实践性环节课程的实效性等观点。
Abstract:
The administrators and teachers of higher education institutions are expected to think about the reason why most college graduates are not very qualified for their jobs. Presently, the talents majoring in Environmental Art Design are highlydemanded in our society. This article firstly analyzes the development and education model as well as the course settings at home and abroad of the abovementioned specialty; Secondly, it describes the significance and necessity of dividing the specialty into two directions: interior design and landscape design; at the same time, it presents that under the engineering background, the importance of educating the professional environmental art design talents should be attached to the effectiveness of course settings required by professional persons of this industry, such as technical course settings, vocational course settings and practical course settings.
