摘要:
一致矩阵是层次分析的理论基础.本文给出了正互反矩阵A为一致的充分必要条件是rank（A）=1，且aii=1，并且给出了一种新的一致性检验指标KI=rank（A）-1n-1，同时给出了正矩阵为一致矩阵的充分必要条件.
Abstract:
The consistent matrix is the analytic hierarchy rationale. This article has given reciprocal matrix A is the consistent full essential condition is rank （A）=1，and given a new consistency test indicator which is KI=rank（A）-1n-1，and also given a necessary and sufficient condition which is positive matrix for the consistent matrix.
