摘要:
根据化学品的毒性和燃爆特性、设施规模和操作条件,按《固有危险度评价取值表》对某企业合成氨生产设施危险度进行分级和评价,选择液氨作为毒性物质、甲醇作火灾燃爆物质进行模式预测及后果评价.结果表明,事故风险值大于当前国内化工、石化行业可接受风险水平.针对该项目提出了风险防范措施.
Abstract:
Based on toxicity and explosive properties of chemicals as well as scale of facilities and operating conditions, this paper classified and evaluated the risk of production facilities in a synthetic ammonia plant according to the value table of inherent danger degree evaluation. Liquid ammonia and methanol respectively regarded as toxicity and explosive material in fire were chosen to do the model prediction and result evaluation. The result indicated that accident risk value was higher than the one acceptable to the current domestic chemical industry and petrochemical industry. The measures against the risk were brought forward according to this project.
