摘要:
采用常压烧结方式,利用Al2O3、SiO2和Li2CO3作原料,添加不同比例的3? YZrO2制备了β锂辉石陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM和热震测试等研究了其烧结温度、助剂添加量对样品物相组成、显微结构等的影响,进而用水淬法对样品的抗热震性能进行评价.结果表明: 在1 325~1 400 ℃的烧结温度范围内皆可获以β锂辉石主晶相为主的锂辉石陶瓷,ZrO2颗粒的弥散分布有利于提高材料的抗热震性能,900 ℃到室温的水淬实验表明锂辉石陶瓷具有优良的热震稳定性能.
Abstract:
?Using Al2O3, SiO2 and Li2CO3 as raw materials, βspodumene ceramics were prepared by adding different ratio of 3 YZrO2 and using pressureless sintering. Effect of sintering temperature and additive content on phase composition and microstructure was studied by XRD,SEM and the thermal shock resistance is evaluated by water quench method. Results showed that the main phase of all samples sintered at 1 325-1 400 ℃ is βspodumene. ZrO2 dispersion is beneficial to enhance the thermal shock resistance. Water quench tests from 900 ℃ to room temperature showed that spodumene ceramics embody excellent thermal shock stability.
