摘要:
以丙烯酸和环氧丙烷为原料,经开环的方法得到2羟异丙基丙烯酸酯.并考察了各因素对反应收率的影响,确定了最适反应条件:催化剂的量为原料总质量的1.5%,反应时间12 h,投料质量比11.6.最终产品的收率可达82.7%,纯度97.00%以上,并用核磁(1H NMR)和红外对产品的结构进行了表征.
Abstract:
2hydroxyisopropyl acrylate was synthesized from acrylic acid and propylen by ring opening reaction. The product was obtained in a yield of ca 82.7% with a purity over 97% under best reaction condition, which was at 60 ℃ for 12 h using 1.5% catalyst, and the feed ratio of original material was 11.6. Chemical structure of product was characterized by 1H NMR and Infrared spectrum.
