摘要:
依据磷化工生产排出含氟废气中的四氟化硅和氟化氢含量的不同,以氟化铵和(或)氨进行吸收,得高浓度氟硅酸溶液,再采用氨水作为氨解剂制备白炭黑.该方法所得白炭黑比表面积大,经BET比表面积测定仪测得其比表面积为150~300 m2/g,产品质量符合GB 105711989行业标准要求.
Abstract:
A new technology of containing fluorine exhaust comprehensive utilization is described. According to the different contents both silicon tetrafluoride and hydrogen fluoride in production of phosphate fertilizer are absorbed with ammonium fluoride and/or ammonia to get high concentration solution of fluorine silicate. Then we can adopt the ammonia as ammonia solution to make white carbon black. Silica has high specific surface by this method. Its surface is more than 150-300 m2/g by the BET. Also the quality of the product can get GB 105711989 industry standard requirement.
