摘要:
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定非诺贝特软胶囊的有关物质及含量,用C18色谱柱(Inertsil ODS3 5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),以水乙腈(30∶70)(v/v)磷酸调节PH2.5 为流动相,紫外检测波长为286 nm;线性范围40.7~407.1 ug·mL-1(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.3%;检测限为0.4 ng.结果表明本法具有操作简便,快速准确,干扰小等优点.
Abstract:
A HPLC method was established for the determination of fenofibrate in the soft capsules. A C18 column (Inertsil ODS35 μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm) was used. The mobile phase was distilled water and acetonitrile (30∶70) adjusted to PH 2.5 with phosphoric acid. The wavelength of detector was 286nm,The standard curve was a linear curve in the concentration range from 40.7 to 407.1 ug·mL-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The average recovery rate was 99.8%,with RSD 0.3%,the detected limit 0.4 ng. The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
