Abstract:
It‘s important for protecting teachers  lawful right to put the due process into the teachers appealing system in university. Currently，the teachers appealing system in university are lacking in neutrality，participation，equivalency and rationality. Therefore，it’s highly necessary to take countermeasures to formulate management measures，improve administration institutions and increase the main proceedings for the due process of teachers appealing system.
