摘要:
以格尔木混合原油为研究对象,首先测定了混合原油的密度、粘度、含水量以及金属元素含量等基本物性,在此基础上通过溶剂萃取及抽提等手段,重点研究了混合原油中金属元素的赋存状态.结果表明:格尔木混合原油中的钠主要以水溶性盐形式存在,而铁、钙、铜和镍四种金属元素大部分为油溶性金属化合物;其中,主要以水溶性无机盐形式存在的钠占到93%;以水溶性无机盐形式存在的钙占总钙量的33.3%,37.1%的钙以石油酸盐形式存在;33.4%的铁以无机盐及石油酸盐形式存在,66.6%的铁以卟啉与非卟啉化合物形式存在;铜主要以卟啉及非卟啉形式存在;镍主要以卟啉及非卟啉化合物形式存在,其中卟啉类镍占52.6%,非卟啉类镍占36.0%.
Abstract:
For the mixed crude oil from Geermu refinery,the density,viscosity,water content and content of metallic elements were determined. The occurrence state of main metallic elements in the mixed crude oil was investigated. The experimental results indicated that Na in Gerermu mixed crude oil existed mainly in the form of watersoluble metallic compounds,and Fe,Ca,Cu,Ni existed in the form of organic metallic compounds. The 93% Na existed in the form of watersoluble metallic compounds; and 33.3% of Ca existed in the form of watersoluble metallic compounds and 37.1% existed in the form of petroleum acid metallic compounds; the 33.4% of Fe existed in the form of watersoluble metallic compounds and petroleum acid metallic compounds,66.6% existed in the form of porphyran and complicated macromolecular compounds; Cu existed mainly in the form of porphyran and complicated macromolecular compounds; the 52.6% of Ni existed in the form of porphyran and 36.1% existed in the form of complicated macromolecular compounds.
