摘要:
温度变化会改变圆筒型永磁直线电机中绕组的绝缘性能和永磁体的磁性能,进而对电机的工作性能和使用寿命产生影响。为了准确计算出电机在稳定工作时的温升,提出了一种磁热双向耦合计算方法。利用SolidWork软件建立圆筒型永磁直线电机的三维模型,使用有限元软件对电磁场和温度场进行仿真,并将电磁场和温度场相互耦合,反复循环迭代,直至得到收敛的电磁场和温度场,并与磁热单向耦合仿真结果进行对比。电机的温升试验结果表明,双向耦合比单向耦合的仿真结果更加接近试验值,能够更加准确的计算出电机的温升,可为电机的材料选型与热平衡设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Temperature variation will change the insulation performance of winding and magnetic properties of permanent magnet in tubular permanent magnet linear motor, and then affects the performance and service life of the motor. To accurately calculate the temperature rise of the motor under stable operation, a magneto-thermal bidirectional coupling calculation method was proposed. SolidWork software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of tubular permanent magnet linear motor. Finite element software was used to simulate the electromagnetic field and temperature field. The electromagnetic field and temperature field were coupled and iterated repeatedly until the convergence of electromagnetic field and temperature field was obtained, and were compared with the simulation results of magneto-thermal unidirectional coupling. The experimental results of temperature rise of motor show that the simulation results of bidirectional coupling are closer to the experimental value than those of unidirectional coupling, and the temperature rise of motor can be calculated more accurately, which can provide references for material selection and heat balance design of motor.
