摘要:
采用新兴信息技术解决中小企业融资难题、营造良好营商环境是重要的政策要求。本文设计并实现了一种基于区块链技术的新型政府采购融资平台,平台将融资业务数据通过哈希算法、数字签名、工作量证明和排序机制等方法处理生成区块并利用P2P网络技术背书使各节点信息达成共识更新分布式共享账本;通过数据可视化为供应商和业务会计提供直观的融资结果;通过在记账中使用智能合约规避借贷风险。从而使每笔业务数据拥有不可篡改及可溯源等特性,极大的提高了系统的可维护性、安全性、重用性和拓展性,实现了融资业务的一网通办、有效降低了融资难度和成本。
Abstract:
To meet the national policy requirement of adopting emerging information technology to solve financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and create a sound business environment, a novel government procurement financing platform has been designed and implemented based on block chain technology. Through the platform, financing business block data is processed by hashing algorithm, digital signature, workload certification and sorting mechanism. The updating of distributed shared accounts uses P2P network technology endorsement to reach a consensus among nodes. At the same time, the platform provides intuitive financing results for suppliers and business accounting through data visualization, and uses smart contracts in bookkeeping to avoid lending risks. Each transaction data in the system is tamper-resistant and traceable, which greatly improves the maintainability, security, reusability and expansibility. All financing process can be handled online and thus the financing difficulty and cost are reduced greatly.
