摘要:
为解决日益严峻的磷矿资源短缺问题,本文应用机械化学力原理,研发成功无酸活化磷技术,用低品位磷矿为原料,加入适量活化剂研磨加工制成活化磷。新产品可明显降低被铁、铝、钙固定率,从而大幅提高有效性,可通过连续抽提法进行动态测定。采用XRD和IR从微观角度分析了活化磷的活化机理。无酸活化磷突破了磷肥的经典有效性概念和现有技术框架,在原料、工艺和产品方面均有所创新,具有节酸节能、成本低、肥效高、可激活常规技术所不能利用的低品位磷矿资源。该技术应用前景广阔,在 “一带一路”倡议中有重要意义。
Abstract:
To solve the shortage of phosphate resources, a successful acid-free activated phosphate technology was developed based on the principle of mechanization in the present paper. In detail, activated phosphate was produced using low-grade phosphate as raw material and adding an appropriate amount of activator in grinding processing. The new product can significantly reduce the fixation rates by iron, aluminum and calcium, thus greatly improving the effectiveness. It can be dynamically determined by continuous extraction. The activation mechanism of activated phosphorus was studied by X-ray diffraction and infrared radiation analysis. Acid-free activated phosphate breaks through the classical availability concept and current technical framework of phosphate fertilizer, and makes innovations in raw materials, processes and products. It has the advantages of acid and energy saving, low cost and high fertilizer efficiency, and can activate low-grade phosphate resources that cannot be utilized by conventional technologies. This technology has a broad application prospect and is of great significance in the Belt and Road Initiative.
