摘要:
为了提高装配式建筑的质量,从施工前、施工中、施工后三个阶段分析装配式建筑质量安全风险因素,构建影响因素指标体系。先用层次分析法得出影响因素权重指标,进一步运用基于物元理论的多级可拓评价方法进行综合可拓评价,建立了装配式建筑质量安全风险的可拓模型。对福建某装配式工程项目进行质量评估,发现影响装配式建筑质量的主要因素为配筋质量和节点质量。通过对质量安全风险的定性定量研究表明,多级可拓原理在装配式建筑质量安全风险评价中有较好的适应性,为我国装配式建筑质量安全风险评价的深入研究提供借鉴。
Abstract:
To improve the quality of fabricated buildings,the risk factors in quality and safety were investigated through three stages of pre-construction,construction and post-construction of prefabricated buildings,for constructing an index system of factors. The weighting factor was derived using the analytic hierarchy process. Moreover,the comprehensive extension evaluation was conducted using the multi-level extensible method based on matter-element theory,and an extension model was established for risks of quality and safety in assembly-type building. Through the quality assessment of an assembly project in Fujian,it was found that the qualities of reinforcement and node are the main factors influencing the quality of fabricated buildings. The qualitative and quantitative research shows that the multi-level extension principle has good adaptability in risk assessment of quality,which provides reference for deep researches in China.
