摘要:
为了改善现有调剖剂存在的耐温抗盐性差、交联剂污染环境的问题,以黄原胶(XG)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,通过水溶液法合成了一种新型调剖剂. 用红外光谱分析了原料和产物的结构,并对产物进行了耐温耐盐性能测试. 结果表明:当XG质量分数为0.10%、AMPS质量分数为10%、BIS质量分数为0.16%、KPS质量分数为0.02%、反应温度为70 ℃时,调剖剂的性能达到最佳;适用地层温度为90 ℃~150 ℃,适用地层矿化度为0 mg/L~25×104 mg/L,此调剖剂可应用于高温高盐油田.
Abstract:
To improve the poor tolerance of temperature and salt, and the environmental pollution of the crosslinking agents, a new kind of profile control agent was prepared by the aqueous solution copolymerization method using xanthan gum (XG) and 2-Acrylamide-2-methylpro panesulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers, N,N’-methylenebisacrylamide (BIS) as a crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator. The structures of materials and products were characterized by the Infrared spectroscopy, and the temperature and salt tolerance of products were tested. The results show that the properties of products are best at the XG mass fraction of 0.10%, AMPS mass fraction of 10%, BIS mass fraction of 0.16%, KPS mass fraction of 0.02%, and reaction temperature of 70 ℃. The applicative formation temperature and water salinity for the profile control agent are 90 ℃-150 ℃ and 0 mg/L-25×104 mg/L. We suggest that the agent will be applied to high temperature and salinity reservoirs.
