摘要:
为了实现健那绿B的大规模生产,填补国内该领域的产业缺口,借助于模拟类推法,设计了健那绿B的两条合成路线. 以4-氨基-N, N-二乙基苯胺或对苯二胺(含N, N-二乙基苯胺)为起始原料,在重铬酸钾的存在下,与苯胺环合,得到亚甲基紫3RAX,再经过重氮化、偶合反应制备了健那绿B,总收率分别为29.5%和24.9%. 同时,对健那绿B的工艺过程进行了中放流程设计,编制了工艺流程框图以及带控制点的工艺流程图,并提出了生产过程中含铬废水的初步处理方法,为工业化实施奠定了工艺基础.
Abstract:
To achieve mass production of Janus Green B and fill the domestic gap in the field of industry production, we designed two synthetic routes for Janus Green B through analogy. N, N-diethyl-1, 4-phenylenediamine, or p-phenylenediamine (containing N, N-diethylaniline) was subjected to cyclization reaction with aniline to obtain 3RAX in the presence of potassium dichromate, then Janus Green B was prepared after diazotization and coupling reaction. The total yields of Janus Green B obtained are 29.5% and 24.9%, respectively. At the same time, the pilot technological procedure of Janus Green B was designed, and the technological process and process diagram with control points were drawn up. Meanwhile a preliminary approach was proposed for treating process wastewater containing chromium, which lays the foundation for the implementation of the industrialization process. Keywords: Ja
