摘要:
为了快速、精确测定泡腾片中硫胺素(维生素B1)的含量,采用了高效液相色谱的分析方法,以Dionex C18(粒径5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)为分离柱,0.05 mol/L 磷酸二氢钾 (pH=7)∶甲醇=90∶10的溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长238 nm,柱温为25 ℃.结果表明,泡腾片中维生素B1的质量浓度在8~48 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系 (R2=0.999 1,n=11);回收率在100%~105%之间,相对标准偏差 (RSD) 小于5%;最低检出限为0.4 mg/L;且维生素B1与其降解产物分离度良好,溶剂与辅料不干扰样品的测定.该方法精密度良好,准确度高,可作为控制产品质量的方法.
Abstract:
To determine the content of effervescent tablets of vitamin B1 quickly and accurately,we adopted the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method,using Dionex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) as column,methanol0.05 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen(pH=7) (90∶10) as phosphate at flow rate of 1 mL/min,detection wavelength of 238 nm and 25 ℃.The results show that calibration curve of peak area and concentration is linear in the range of 848 mg/L;the average recovery is between 100 and 105%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5% (R2=0.999 1,n=11);the lowest detection limit is 0.4 mg/L.In addition,the separation degree of Vitamin B1 and its degradation products is good.Solvent and accessories have not an effect on the determination of samples.The HPLC method is simple and accurate to control the quality of products.
