本工作用2,6-二甲酰基-4-甲基苯酚和三(3-氨基丙基)胺(trpn)稀土离子存在下通过[2+2]模板缩合反应直接合成了一个新型的双臂大环稀土铒配合物[ErL]ClO4·2H2O。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和电喷雾质谱对其进行表征。通过紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法和凝胶电泳实验考察了配合物与DNA的相互作用。研究结果表明:标题配合物对DNA具有一定的切割活性,且是以插入方式与小牛胸腺DNA结合。同时抑菌毒性实验证实了配合物对大肠杆菌也有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract:
a new suspended-armed macrocyclic lanthanide complex [ErL]ClO4?H2O was synthesized by [2+2] condensation of 2, 6- diformyl -4- methyl phenol and three (3- aminopropyl) amine (trpn) in the presence of Er3+ ion, and characterized by elemental analysis , infrared spectra , UV-Vis spectra and electrospray mass spectra. The interaction of the title complex with DNA was studied by UV-Vis spectra, fluorescence spectra and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results of UV-absorption and fluorescence characterization on the interaction of the title complex with Calf thymus DNA show that the title complex bind to DNA mainly in an intercalating mode. The results of a bio indicator bacteria of experiment about antibacterial toxicity show that the title complexes have inhibiting effect on Escherichia coli
