摘要:
含氟聚合物以其优异的耐热性、耐化学腐蚀性、耐候性在很多领域得到了广泛的应用.以十二烷基硫酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,利用预乳化工艺、半连续滴加乳液聚合方法,通过在聚合过程中加入含氟的丙烯酸酯单体引入氟原子,合成了含氟的苯丙乳液.考察了含氟单体量对共聚物乳液性能和乳胶膜吸水性能的影响,并进行了红外光谱和热失重分析研究,结果表明:在聚合中引入氟元素后乳胶膜的对水的抗润湿性大大提高,且随着含氟单体量的增加,防水性能逐渐增加,吸水率可最低降至8.9%;同时,红外光谱分析发现共聚物中含氟基团的存在,说明氟改性苯丙乳液成功;由热失重分析可知,该聚合物的热稳定性较强,可在较宽的温度范围内使用.
Abstract:
Fluoropolymer has been widely used in many fields with its excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and weather performance. During the polymerization, we added the fluorinated acrylate for introducing fluorine atoms, synthetic fluorinated acrylic emulsion with lauryl sodium sulfate and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as asemulgator using the method of semi\|continuous emulsion polymerization. The effects of the amount of fluoride monomer on emulsion properties were studied by FT\|IR spectra and TG analysis. The results show that the introduction of fluorine in the emulsion greatly improves the water resistance of the latex film, and the water absorption is decreased to 8.9%with the increasing of fluorine\|containing monomer. Meanwhile, FI\|IR analysis reveals the presence of fluorine group in copolymer, which indicates that the success of fluorine\|modified acrylic emulsion. Thermo\|gravimetric analysis demonstrates the thermal stability of polymer is good and it can be used in a broad temperature range.
