摘要:
以丁腈橡胶(NBR)和实验室自制高吸水树脂(SAR)为主要原料,以炭黑(CB)和白炭黑(WCB)为补强剂,用物理共混法制备遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR),通过正交试验研究白炭黑用量、炭黑用量和炭黑种类对遇水膨胀橡胶吸水性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,白炭黑用量和炭黑用量对遇水膨胀橡胶吸水性能和力学性能有明显影响,而炭黑种类贡献较小;随着白炭黑用量的增加,炭黑用量的减少,WSR的吸水性能逐渐增加;随着白炭黑和炭黑用量的增加,WSR的拉伸强度和硬度逐渐增大,而断裂伸长率逐渐减小;并得出最优化配方为白炭黑40份、N220炭黑5份.
Abstract:
Water swelling rubber (WSR) was prepared using the nitrile rubber (NBR) and selfmade super absorbent resin (SAR) as the raw materials, the carbon black (CB) and white carbon black (WCB) as reinforcing agent by the way of physical mix. The influence of the amount of WCB and CB as well as types of CB on the water absorption and the mechanical properties of WSR were investigated by orthogonal array testing. The results show that the amount of WCB and CB has a significant impact on the WSR’s absorption and mechanical properties, while the type of CB has little effect; the water absorption of WSR increases with the increasing amount of WCB and the decreasing amount of CB. The tensile strength and hardness of WSR increases with the increasing amount of WCB and CB, but elongation at break decreases. The optimal formula is WCB 40 phr, N220 CB 5 phr.
