摘要:
对齿轮泵的装配过程评价进行研究,旨在实现齿轮泵装配序列及装配操作工艺的综合评价.构建了装配操作方便性、装配精度保证性、装配工艺简单性和装配可行性4个一级指标下的16个二级评价指标,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重.此外,利用最优参考集和定量计算相结合的方法,得到待评价序列在各指标下的隶属度,实现了装配过程的模糊综合评价.最后,以CB型齿轮泵的装配过程为例,验证了评价方法的可行性和实用性.可为工程实际中齿轮泵的装配规划提供依据和参考.
Abstract:
This paper studies the assembly process evaluation of the gear pump, with the aim to achieve comprehensive evaluation of assembly sequences and assembly operation processes of the gear pump. 4 first\|grade indexes which include the convenience of assembly operations, the assurance of assembly accuracy, the simplicity of assembly processes and the feasibility of assembly, and a total of 16 second\|grade indexes were established. The analytic hierarchy process method was applied to determine the weights of each index. In addition, optimal reference sets and the method of quantitative calculation were used to attain the membership grades of the assembly sequences to be evaluated under each index, thus fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the assembly process was achieved. Finally, the assembly process evaluation of CB\|type gear pump was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and practicability of the proposed evaluation method. This study can be served as a basis and reference to the assembly planning of the gear pump in engineering practice.
