摘要:
建立了环氧啉的高效液相色谱(HPLC)的测定方法,在C18色谱柱(C18250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μg/mL)上,以甲醇水(2575,V/V)为流动相,在流速为1.0 mL/min,室温条件下,220 nm波长检测,环氧啉标准样品分离效果良好.环氧啉溶液在43.2~345.6 μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 92;方法的检测限为0.4 μg.该方法简单快速,准确,可靠,为环氧啉的工业生产质量控制提供一定的保证.
Abstract:
The method for the determination of Cycloxylidin by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established.It used C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μg/mL) to separate the sample,25% methanol and 75% water as the mobile phase,and the Cycloxylidin was detected at 220 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at ambient temperature.The result showed that the linear relative coefficient was 0.999 92 while in a range of 43.2—345.6 μg/mL;the limit of this method was 0.4 μg.This method was simple,rapid and effective in the quality control for production of Cycloxylidin.
