摘要:

针对监控液压站需要采集和控制的量较多,采用传统的分布

式监控方法,不利于有效及时地管理和控制液压站.提出一种采用

LabVIEW开发上位机监控界面,利用PCI1710数据采集卡进行数据采

集和数据输出的液压站监控方法.测试结果表明:采用LabVIEW开发

的人机监控界面友好,程序运行稳定;采用PCI1710数据采集卡采集

数据快,传输数据稳定、可靠.

Abstract:

In order to monitor effectively the hydraulic

station, the amount signals have to be collected and

controlled. The traditional distributed control method

is not conducive to manage and control effectively and

timely the hydraulic station. The paper proposes a

monitoring method using LabVIEW to develop the upper

monitor interface, using PCI1710 data acquisition card

for data acquisition and data output. The test results

show that: HMI that is designed by LabVIEW is friendly,

and the program runs stably; PCI1710 collects data is

fast, and it transfers data stably and reliably.
