摘要:

以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了钇掺杂纳

米二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化剂,通过X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS),X射

线衍射分析(XRD)方法对其进行表征;并以甲基橙水溶液降解率为

光催化活性评价依据,结果显示钇掺杂能够提高二氧化钛光催化性

能.

Abstract:

The titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparicles doped

with Yttrium was prepared by solgel method using

etrabutyl titanate (TEOT) as one of the primary raw

materials. The titania catalysts were characterized with

XPS, XRD. The photocatalytic properties of Yttrium

doped TiO2 nanoparicles were estimated by decoloration

of methyl orange. The results indicated that doping of

Yttrium improved the photocatalytic property of TiO2

nanoparicles effectively.
