摘要:
随着我国社会竞争的日益激烈和就业形势的愈发严峻，社会和用人单位对大学生综合素质提出了更高的要求。大学生综合素质测评作为高校对大学生客观评价的重要方式，有利于促进高校的素质教育发展，提高大学生综合素质，改进和加强大学生思想政治工作。独立学院要在综合素质教育观的统领下，立足自身现状，结合学院的人才培养目标，不断研究、改革、完善大学生评价制度，建立真正科学、规范、合理的大学生综合素质测评体系,切实推进素质教育，提高大学生综合素质。
Abstract:
With increasingly fierce competition and severe employment situation, social and employing units have put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of students. As an important way of objective evaluation, comprehensive quality assessment of college students could promote the quality of university education; improve the comprehensive quality of students and strengthen the ideological and political work on college students. To promote the quality education and enhance independent college students comprehensive quality, it is important to keep researching, reforming and improving the college students evaluation system and establish scientific, standardized and reasonable evaluation system for independent colleges with the guidance of view of comprehensive quality of education, basing on present status and combining the college of talents cultivation target.
