摘要:
建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会就是要积极推动以环境换取经济增长为主向以环境优化经济增长为主的历史性转变，武汉城市圈“两型社会”建设是一庞大系统工程，必须动员包括统一战线在内的全社会的力量，方可图之。为此，发挥统一战线人才荟萃、智力密集的优势，发挥统一战线面宽线长、联系广泛的优势，发挥统一战线协调关系、化解矛盾的优势，从调查研究、进言献策，从争取人心、凝聚力量，从营造良好社会氛围诸方面，为武汉城市圈“两型社会”建设做贡献。
Abstract:
Build a resourceconserving and environmentfriendly society is to actively promote the environment for economic growth to optimize the environment of economic growth as a historic transition. Wuhan Urban Circle “two type society” construction is a great system engineering, including united front to mobilize the forces of the whole society.The vast amount talents within the united front could be the key to build an optimized Wuhan Urban Circle. The united front offers many benefits for the Urban Circle construction, including strong intellectual capitals, broad network, and endless relationship building opportunities and conflict resolvment capabilities. It is critical to take up all the benefis that unitied front could offer, such as in depth investigation and research, broad feedback and suggestions collection mechanism, people engagement and support gathering, and harmonized social atmosphere creation, to establish an ideal Wuhan Urban Circle.
