摘要:
在独立学院的发展过程中，学生党建工作取得了一定的成绩，但同时在入党积极分子的培养、学生党员的先进性、党建工作队伍等方面还存在一些问题。文章一一分析了问题的原因，并对如何进一步加强独立学院学生党建工作，从厘清工作思路、实现工作方法创新等角度提出了建设性意见。
Abstract:
In the course of the development of independent colleges,The student party building of independent colleges has made some achievements,but at the same time,there are still some problems on training party activists and the advanced nature of student party members,the partybuilding work force and so on.This paper analyzes the cause of the problem one by one,and comments on how to further strengthen the work of the student party building of the independent college,concerning the clues of ideas by achieving the working methods etc.
