摘要:
随着就业形势日趋严峻，高校毕业生就业压力不断加剧。法律制度不完善、高校就业指导工作内容局限和大学生法律意识淡薄等原因导致毕业生就业权益受侵害的现象时有发生。为保障毕业生就业权益，应完善法律制度，加强就业指导服务，增加毕业生自身的法律意识。
Abstract:
With the worsening employment situation,college graduates are confronted with growing pressure on employment.Imperfect legal system,the inefficient university employment guidance as well as graduates’ legal ignorance lead to the frequent violation of graduates’ employment rights and interests.It is argued that the protection of employment rights of college graduates should be carried out by improving the legal system,expanding the scope of employment guidance and increasing the college graduates’ own legal consciousness.
