摘要:
以4羟基3甲氧基苯甲醛(香草醛或香兰素)为原料,经盐酸羟胺肟化、铝镍合金/氢氧化钠还原、酸化得香草胺盐酸盐,再与正壬酰氯在碱性条件下进行界面缩合,粗产物经酸碱法纯化后得辣椒素正壬酸香草酰胺,产物结构经红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振表征.此工艺所用原料易得,各步反应条件温和,操作方便,产品纯度高,总收率为48.5%.
Abstract:
 A facile synthesis of Nvanvillyl nonoyl amide was developed. Vanillin, the starting regent, was in turn oximated with NH2OH·HCl, reduced with AlNi/NaOH and acidified with hydrochloric acid to convert to vanillin hydrochloride, which subsequently reacted with nonoyl acyl chloride in a inorganicorganic biphase system in the presence of base and was dealed with dealt strong base and acid solution to yield Nvanvillyl nonoyl amide confirmed by means of IR, MS and 1H NMR with high purity and an excellent total yield of 48.5%. The materials used are available and inexpensive and the workup procedure is simple.
