摘要:
篮球运动是现今深受大学生喜欢的运动之一，但在大学生的篮球比赛和业余活动中存在着不少不理想的现象，如技术和战术运用死板，不合理的跑位很多，防守时不知道该如何合理选位等。这些现象产生的根本原因主要在于大学生对篮球竞赛规律的认识不足，即专项意识薄弱。培养和提高大学生运动员的篮球意识，对提高大学生运动员的篮球运动水平将产生积极而深刻的影响。
Abstract:
Basketball is now one of the popular sports like college students. College students amateur basketball games and activities, there are many undesirable phenomena, such as rigid technical and tactical application, unreasonable Paowei and the reasonable selection of spaces facing many defensive players. These phenomena mainly caused by the neglect of enough knowledge about the law of basketball competition. Cultivating and enhancing the awareness of college athletes in basketball will give rise to positive and profound impact.
