摘要:
根据教育部2002年8月12日颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》，从课程体系目标、课程体系内容结构、课程教学方法等方面进行改革实践，突出以学生为主体、健康第一的教育指导思想，优化体育课程结构，提高体育课程教育质量，构建适合新时期大学体育课程的内容结构体系。
Abstract:
The authors have been to further reform from the objectives of curriculum system, content and structure of curriculum system, and teaching methods of curriculum according to the “Instruction Outline of National Physical Education Curriculum Teaching in Universities ” that promulgated by Ministry of Education in August 12, 2002.It highlighted the guiding ideology of studentcentered and health education first, optimized the physical education curriculum structure, improved the quality of physical education curriculum for constructing the content and structure system of university physical education in the new period.
