摘要:
“宁波每5个人,就有2个是外来务工人员”,迅速增长的外来人口已经成为宁波市劳动力资源的一个重要组成部分。随着宁波经济的不断发展,宁波的产业结构正在发生转变,尤其是受金融危机的影响,宁波企业提供就业岗位减少,而能选择的员工多了,这对员工的文化技能素质提出了较高要求。通过对宁波地区外来人员基本情况、教育培训意愿的调查研究,分析宁波外来人口的变化及影响他们文化技能提升因素,提出提升宁波城镇外来人口文化技能水平的意见和建议。
Abstract:
It is reported that twofifths of the labors in Ningbo are Nonnatives, which states clearly that the rapidlyincreasing population of the NonNative has become an important part of the labor resources in Ningbo. With the constant development in economy, great changes have been taken place in the industrial structure of the city. In particular, due to the impact of financial crisis, the enterprises in Ningbo are providing fewer jobs, while more and more labors are still rushing to Ningbo to seek for jobs, which gives more chances for enterprises to choose proper workers from them. This results in a higher quality demand on the knowledge and skills of the employees. This paper is based on the research of the basic situation of the NonNative labors in Ningbo and their wishes of accepting education and training. Meanwhile, it gives the analysis of the changes in population distribution and the factors that affect their knowledge and skills upgrading. It also gives some suggestions on further improvement.
