摘要:
在论述领军人才的概念、特点和科技创新团队特征的基础上，针对科技创新团队的生命周期及其成员的动态组合规律，论述了领军人才在科技创新团队建设中的核心作用。
Abstract:
Based on discussing the definition and features of leading talent and characteristics of technology innovation team, focused on life cycle of technology innovation team and dynamic combination regulation of its members, this paper analyzes the key role of leading talent in the construction of technology innovation team.
