摘要:
介绍了一类高度支化、带有很多末端官能团的新型特种结构大分子——树形大分子.主要介绍了以三聚乙二醇为原料采用发散法制备单边发散型低代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树形分子,通过薄层色谱初步分析产物组成,并针对不同产物采用了真空抽提,乙醚沉降和柱色谱法等分离手段对产物进行了提纯与精制.通过红外,核磁等表征手段对提纯后产物进行了表征.结果证明经提纯后得到的各产物分子结构与理论结构相符且具有较高的纯度.
Abstract:
This article describes a class of highly branched, with a lot of the functional end groups structure of a new type of special macromoleculesdendrimer. The authors introduced to three polyethylene glycol as raw materials prepared by the use of divergent unilateral lowgeneration polyamide amine (PAMAM) dendrimer by thinlayer chromatography analysis of the product of the initial composition, and used for different products vacuum extraction. Ether sedimentation and column chromatography separation means the product was purified and refined. by IR, NMR and other means of purification after characterization of the product were characterized. Rusults were obtained by the purification of the product of molecular structure, which was consistent with the theoretical structure and high purity.
