摘要:
金融危机对我国实体经济影响不断加深，大学毕业生面临前所未有的就业压力。大学生就业指导面临应对金融危机导致的结构性就业难，毕业生就业期望值调整难、就业心理调适任务加重等挑战。提出通过梳理历史、比较中美学生成长历程、学习国外相关就业理论、生涯辅导的途径来完善金融危机背景下大学生就业指导工作。
Abstract:
As the financial crisis is exerting an influence on Chinas real economy, university graduates are facing an unprecedented employment pressure. The employment guidance of undergraduate is facing many challenges, such as how to deal with the contradictions of structural unemployment which the financial crisis causes, how to adjust employment expectations of undergraduate, and how to ase the increasing task of psychological adjustment on employment, etc. It concludes that the issue should be solved by the following ways:combing history to understand, comparing the growth process of SinoUS students to analyze, studying the theories of foreign undergraduate employment and career guidance to guide and so on.
