摘要:
以水杨酸为起始原料,设计及合成了6个水杨酸衍生物,6个目标化合物结构由1H NMR、MS和熔点确证.采用平皿生长速率法测定6个化合物对草坪褐斑病菌和对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制效果,所有化合物均表现出一定的抑菌活性.
Abstract:
 Six Salicylic acid derivatives were designed and prepared using Salicylic acid as the starting material. All compounds were characterized by MS, 1H NMR and melting point. Their inhibiting activity against Rhizoctonia solani AG1IB fusion group and Rice sheath blight were investigated by method of colony diameter and the results show that all compounds display a content of inhibitory activity.
