摘要:
真、善、美是崇高的美学范畴，从和谐高校工会的独特性、必然性、和谐性出发,论述了和谐高校工会真善美的内核，并围绕建设和谐高校工会的奋斗目标，立足我国高校的实情，论述了高校工会求真与务实、求善与执着、求美与和谐的价值取向及相关措施。
Abstract:
Truth, good and beauty is a sublime aesthetic category. Based on the distinctiveness、necessity and harmoniousness of the college labor union, the paper mainly discusses the intension of the truth, good and beauty of college labor union. Based on the organization mechanism in university and the goal of a harmonious college labor union, the paper also gives some suggestions on the value orientation of being realistic and pragmatic, seeking charity and dedication, pursuing beauty and harmoniousness of college labor union.
