摘要:
“百年一遇”的经济危机在世界各地的肆虐，昭示包括我国在内的各国金融监管模式存在严重缺陷。通过对当今世界3种典型金融监管模式的利弊比较，提出我国完善金融监管模式应当在适合我国国情的基础上批判地吸收世界上先进的金融监管制度，健全金融监管立法，顺应金融业发展潮流，建立一个由总揽全局的权威金融监管协调机构、功能健全的业务监管机构和具有国情特色的自律监管国家指导机构有机结合的金融监管机构体系。
Abstract:
Extension of this global economic crisis in a century reveals that financial supervision model of every country including china has serious defects. Compared with their advantages and flaws of three typical financial supervision models of world, this article points out that to perfect financial regulation model, we should not only absorb the advanced system of financial supervision worldwide and improve financial supervision legislation in conformity with our country’s condition, but also to follow the tide of world’s financial industry development, we should establish financial supervision authority system composed by a financial regulation and coordination authority that could command the overall situation and business supervision institution with sound function and selfregulation institution under government guidance with national condition feature.
