摘要:
人才强国的战略决策是中国加入WTO以后为了适应新形势的要求首次明确提出的一项重大的国家发展战略。作为理论支持的人才学要不断发展，就需要汲取其他学科和其他领域的理论、观点和材料。文章谨就人才学和成功学的比较研究，对发展人才学做出一些阐明和论述。
Abstract:
The strategy of strengthening the nation with talent is one of the key development strategies, which was brought forward when China entered the WTO with the aim to keep up with the needs of new situation. Being the theoretical support of this strategy, the science of talent needs to extract theories and ideas from other fields so as to improve itself. This essay discusses the improvement of science of talent through comparison between the science of talent and science of success.
